She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is currently the President of Food and Nutritional Solutions, a consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to the food and nutrition industry.
Anna's expertise lies in food safety, nutrition, regulatory compliance, and brand management. She has worked with a diverse range of clients from food and beverage companies, hospitality industry to healthcare startups and schools. Anna has been teaching the ANSI Certified Food Protection Manager class for over 20 years.
In addition to her work at Food and Nutritional Solutions, Anna is a sought-after speaker and has presented at state and national conferences on topics related to food safety, regulatory compliance in skilled nursing and assisted living communities, as well as malnutrition and wound healing. She is also actively involved in various professional organizations and currently serves as Treasurer of the National Pressure Injury Advisory Panel (NPIAP).
